Who we are
DynSolutionz is the maker of DynBrowser, a browser application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. For any privacy question or request, contact info@dynsolutionz.com. Our data processing agreement sets out how we handle personal data on behalf of customer organisations; the licence terms describe exactly what the software stores and sends.
Your ERP data stays yours
DynBrowser connects directly from your computers to your own Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Your business data — orders, articles, stock, prices — is not routed through or stored on DynSolutionz servers, with one exception: the features you switch on that are built to share work across your team. DynPlanboard planning, Document Designer templates, DynDesigner themes and anything you attach to a support ticket are stored with us so that they work for everyone in your organisation.
What we do process
- Licensing: your company name, contact email, the email addresses and display names of licensed users, machine identifiers and names, and app versions — to provide license and seat management.
- Usage: per-user daily usage minutes and online status — for license enforcement and support.
- Error reports: crash and error details with machine identifier and app version, scrubbed of email addresses, URLs, paths and identifiers before they are sent — to improve product quality. This can be switched off in the app's settings.
- Customer portal: your email, a securely hashed password, and session records including IP address and browser type — for authentication and abuse prevention.
- Downloads: which release files were downloaded, by which recipient, from which IP address — for distribution auditing.
- Support and shared content: the bug reports and requests you send us with their attachments, and the record of who changed a planning, template or theme — to support you and to make those features work across your team.
- Start-page arcade: anonymous play statistics with a hashed machine identifier; a leaderboard entry with your name and score only where you switch that on yourself.
Legal basis and retention
We process this data to perform our contract with your organization and for our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service. We keep it no longer than necessary for those purposes and for the duration of the license relationship.
Sharing
We do not sell or trade your data. It is stored on our own European hosting infrastructure and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Transactional emails (such as password links) are delivered through our email provider, and online invoice payments through Mollie. This site loads no external scripts, fonts, analytics or trackers: everything, web fonts included, is served from our own servers. Our data processing agreement names every sub-processor in full.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes, session tokens are stored hashed, and secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via info@dynsolutionz.com. Organization admins can manage their own users directly in the customer portal.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new date above.
