Scope
These terms cover the use of this website and the DynSolutionz customer portal. Use of the DynBrowser software itself is governed by the licence and subscription terms between DynSolutionz and your organization, and the processing of personal data by the data processing agreement. Where they differ from this page, those documents prevail — as does the quote your organization accepted, which prevails over all of them.
Portal accounts
- Accounts are personal. Keep your password confidential and do not share your session with others.
- Organization admins are responsible for managing their organization's users, seats and download permissions in the portal.
- We may suspend accounts that show abuse, such as attempts to access other organizations' data or to circumvent licensing.
Downloads
Software downloads from the portal or from links we send are intended solely for organizations with a valid DynBrowser license and may only be installed and used within the terms of that license.
Intellectual property
DynBrowser, this website and their content are the property of DynSolutionz. Microsoft, Dynamics 365 and Autodesk Vault are trademarks of their respective owners; DynSolutionz is not affiliated with Microsoft or Autodesk.
Liability
This website and portal are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, DynSolutionz is not liable for damage arising from the use of this website. Warranties and liability for the DynBrowser software are set out in the licence and subscription terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
