Data and privacy
Your business data from D365 does not pass through DynSolutionZ: DynBrowser fetches it straight from your own D365 environment. The full privacy statement is at www.dynsolutionz.com/privacy.html.

What DynBrowser sends to DynSolutionZ
- Licence: the address of your D365 environment, an encrypted computer ID, the computer name, the version, and the name and e-mail address of the signed-in user.
- Every minute, while DynBrowser runs: that the workstation is active, how many D365 requests were made per page and how many of those failed, the time zone and the language. Never the request itself, the data or the error message.
- Error reports: the kind of error and a cleaned-up technical message. E-mail addresses, paths, addresses, long numbers and values are removed.
- What you share yourselves: for example document templates, themes, planning, cost price lists and calculations. These are kept by DynSolutionZ, the price lists and calculations encrypted per organisation.
Switching off
- Error reports: per user with the setting Send error reports to DynSolutionZ, centrally with
TelemetryEnabled: falseinpublisher-defaults.json, or per computer with the environment variableDYNBROWSER_TELEMETRY=0. - Scoreboard of the start page games: off by default; a user has to switch it on themselves.
- Licence data and the per-minute report are needed for DynBrowser to work and cannot be switched off.

After a subscription ends, your data at DynSolutionZ is deleted after 30 days; backups expire within 30 days after that.
